Serenity Spirit Studio Podcast

Welcome back to the blog!

Warning this post deals with the loss of a parent.

Life Update

Earlier this year I told all of you some of my goals for the year, unfortunately those goals were delayed.

My mom was moved into hospice for end of life care on May 17th and it was simply too much for my dad to handle the thought of losing her. My dad passed away six days later on May 23rd and my life, heart, and world completely shattered.

My parents had been married for 55 years and had never spent a single night apart from each other.

According to the paramedics, my dad passed away from “ broken heart syndrome” due to the circumstances we were facing.

I'm still having a very hard time coming to terms with losing my dad and I'm basically just waiting for the call to tell me my mom is gone at this point. The doctors were not holding out any hope for my mom and told us she had a lot less than six months originally.

I have been struggling since May and the only comfort I have found is in the spiritual space and I would like to share that sacred space with all of you. If you are struggling or just looking for peace, comfort, and a safe place to learn how to overcome everything life throws at you I cordially invite you to join me on this journey.

Serenity Spirit Studio Podcast

Creating a weekly podcast was my main goal for this year. I wasn't sure what type of podcast I would start until recently. I've decided to build a platform for myself and for all of you to help get me through the rough times in my life. I have always been a spiritual person and I have decided to base the podcast on that. The podcast is titled “ Serenity Spirit Studio” it will feature meditation, chakra balancing, aura cleansing, tarot, and more. New episodes will be available every Tuesday on Spotify and YouTube.

Feel free to join me and share the podcast with your friends and on social media.

You can also support me on Ko-Fi

In the coming months I will be opening a shop where you can purchase merchandise for Serenity Spirit Studio. I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

B-PURE Gentle Skin Cleanser Review

I absolutely love trying new skin care products, especially those designed for people with sensitive skin like myself.  A few months ago on a trip to my local Dollar Tree I found the B- Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser and decided to give it a try.  Review  I was really surprised at how well the B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser worked at removing the dirt and oil from my face without stripping and irritating my skin. Let me just say it is definitely the most gentle skin cleanser I have ever come across. It leaves my skin clean, smooth and refreshed every time I use it. The B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser is now part of my daily 3 Step Skin Care Routine. I highly recommend trying it for yourself.
