Insight Timer App Review

Welcome back friends. I recently discovered a new app called Insight Timer and I wanted to share my thoughts with you on it. I learned about this app when a podcast host I listened to mentioned it and I decided to download it and try it out for myself and all of you.

Insight Timer Review

I have been using the Insight Timer App for a few weeks now and the first thing I noticed about it was that there are no ads at all. The Insight Timer App is free to use, you can make donations if you choose and they do offer a premium service although they never push it on you which is really nice. Always a plus in my book. I would personally classify this app under self- help / self-care . Again that is personal assessment.

I will tell you this though, since the day I downloaded the Insight Timer App I have used it at least twice a day every single day.

The app has a lot to offer but I personally use it for meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, affirmations, manifestation, and journaling. I also love the sleep meditations that they offer. The sleep meditations really help me unwind after a long day and I've been sleeping better and more sound than I have in years.

As you all know I'm always looking for ways to grow my spiritual practice and that's why I decided to download this app. I open the app when I first wake up every morning and start the day in meditation and I open the app at night and fall asleep listening to one of the many sleep meditations that they offer.

Ever since I started using the Insight Timer App I have noticed a huge shift in my daily life and especially my attitude. I'm more confident, less stressed, and my anxiety has improved greatly. I'm also more grateful for everything in my life and it has really helped me with my journaling.

The Insight Timer App has truly set me on a journey to enlightenment, peace, and harmony. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.

About Insight Timer

Insight Timer offers so much more than what I personally use it for so I want to give you the basics but please check it out for yourself. They offer courses, music, meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, and so much more. One of things I love about it is that everything is conveniently organized into categories and subcategories . When you find a teacher that you really like you can follow them and if a meditation really resonates with you there's an option to save it for later. Inside the app itself there is an area for you to set your intention for the day as well as the option to create a daily routine ( again this is free). So let's go ahead and cover some of the categories and subcategories that they offer.

B-PURE Gentle Skin Cleanser Review

I absolutely love trying new skin care products, especially those designed for people with sensitive skin like myself.  A few months ago on a trip to my local Dollar Tree I found the B- Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser and decided to give it a try.  Review  I was really surprised at how well the B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser worked at removing the dirt and oil from my face without stripping and irritating my skin. Let me just say it is definitely the most gentle skin cleanser I have ever come across. It leaves my skin clean, smooth and refreshed every time I use it. The B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser is now part of my daily 3 Step Skin Care Routine. I highly recommend trying it for yourself.
