Celebrating 25 Years of Marriage

On September 26, 2021, Hubby and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. A huge milestone for us. We decided to celebrate this milestone from the safety of our home, away from strangers, and far away from germs. Hubby cooked alfredo for dinner because it was the first thing he cooked for me when we started dating. After dinner, we enjoyed a glass of our favorite local wine. Southern White Wine from Lakeridge Winery in Clermont, Florida.

One of my favorite things about celebrating at home was the multiple outfit changes I had during our anniversary date.

I had several outfits at the ready and simply couldn’t decide. I started the evening in one dress, then changed into the second dress for dinner, and finally the third for “cocktail time”.

We had a wonderful time celebrating and have decided we actually prefer celebrating our anniversary from the comfort of our home! Here’s to 25 more years!

Benefits of an Evening Meditation Routine

I practice this routine every single night without fail and have seen great results. 5 Steps To Help You Relax I have five simple things I do every night to help me unwind to relax my body and mind. Step One A hot bath to soothe aching muscles. Step Two Sitting in my favorite chair with a cup of coffee and a book for thirty minutes to an hour. Step Three I pull up YouTube and do an evening ( sleep ) meditation. Step Four I take a Sound Bath .  You can find many of these on YouTube. Step Five I put on my favorite relaxation music and set it on repeat so it plays all night long. I highly encourage everyone to set up an evening meditation routine. I have learned that if I start my day with a morning meditation routine and end it with a meditation routine my overall heal...

Behind the Scenes: A Typical Day For A Content Creator

Good morning and welcome back to the blog. Today I will give you the rundown on a typical day in my life as a blogger. One very important thing to mention is that my blogging schedule consists of working three days a week. I have been blogging for 10+ years now. When I originally started blogging I worked seven days a week, however, over the years I have narrowed the work week down to only three days and it works well for me. The most important thing I can teach you is to find a schedule and a system that works for you. Are you ready for a typical day in my life as a blogger? Here we go! Emails  My least favorite part but definitely a necessity. I always start the day going through emails, responding to PR Companies that have reached out to let them know if I'm interested in a collaboration.  Interact with Followers  I love hopping on my socials and checking in with my followers first thing in the morning. Interacting with followers is probably my favorite part of bloggin...
