Our Favorite Vedic Botanical Products and Why We Love Them

We’re always looking for new products to include during our weekly at-home spa time. Nowadays self-care is important to keep our spirits up.

We received these eight products for review and already they are crucial to our routine. From the hand cream to the toning mists, there’s no changing the impacts these products have had on us.

Alk-Align Toning Mists

The toning mists are a personal favorite. The Alk-Align Quirka was the first product that I tried. The Toning Mist is very light-weight and really works great. I began receiving compliments on my complexion from neighbors within minutes of using this product.

Recovery Aide Healing Serum

The Recovery Aide is an absolute wonder! I use this twice a day on my shoulders to help with the aches and pains of sitting at a desk all day. You only need a few sprays and gently rub into those tired and achy muscles. The Serum has a very slight warming effect and you can start to feel the muscles easing down within minutes of using it.

Energize Face Serum

The Energize Face Serum works just like the name says. It has a hint of fragrance and helps revitalize and rejuvenate the skin. The end result has been healthier, glowing, gorgeous skin.

Working Hands

The Working Hands comes in a jar that makes it easier to carry with you. The balm actually looks very thick in the jar. I was surprised by how effortlessly it absorbs into the skin. It gives instant moisture to the driest of hands and lasts all day.

VB Activist Tote Bag

A beautifully designed bag that is made with extremely sturdy handles. I use mine for everything from packing clothes and my Vedic Natural products to using it as a grocery bag for my shopping trips.

Defense Balm

This is a germ-killing, immune-boosting blend that can be used anywhere that you may have come in contact with germs. Hands, neck, arms, etc. The best part is that it is packaged in a beautiful, convenient jar that will fit in any size purse so that you always have it when you need it.

Hair Serum

This has been a lifesaver with the hair salons that were shut down for so long. Simply use once a week to treat split ends and you have great looking hair.

Benefits of an Evening Meditation Routine

Let's face it, the stress of everyday life can wreak havoc on our physical, emotional, and mental health. That is why I started an evening meditation routine to help me unwind after a long day. I practice this routine every single night without fail and have seen great results. 5 Steps To Help You Relax I have five simple things I do every night to help me unwind to relax my body and mind. Step One A hot bath to soothe aching muscles. Step Two Sitting in my favorite chair with a cup of coffee and a book for thirty minutes to an hour. Step Three I pull up YouTube and do an evening ( sleep ) meditation. Step Four I take a Sound Bath .  You can find many of these on YouTube. Step Five I put on my favorite relaxation music and set it on repeat so it plays all night long. I highly encourage everyone to set up an evening meditation routine. I have learned that if I start my day with a morning meditation routine and end it with a meditation routine my overall heal...

Behind the Scenes: A Typical Day For A Content Creator

Good morning and welcome back to the blog. Today I will give you the rundown on a typical day in my life as a blogger. One very important thing to mention is that my blogging schedule consists of working three days a week. I have been blogging for 10+ years now. When I originally started blogging I worked seven days a week, however, over the years I have narrowed the work week down to only three days and it works well for me. The most important thing I can teach you is to find a schedule and a system that works for you. Are you ready for a typical day in my life as a blogger? Here we go! Emails  My least favorite part but definitely a necessity. I always start the day going through emails, responding to PR Companies that have reached out to let them know if I'm interested in a collaboration.  Interact with Followers  I love hopping on my socials and checking in with my followers first thing in the morning. Interacting with followers is probably my favorite part of bloggin...
