#StarTrekDiscovery Renewed For Second Season | @tegans_marie

CBS All Access’s brand new hit show Star Trek: Discovery, just got renewed for a second season.

The show's future initially looked fairly bleak since many did not want to pay to get their Trek fix, and all the push backs for the premiere date. But it looks like the Discovery won the crowd over, because will be returning for a second season on CBS All Access and Netflix.

According to Marc DeBevoise, CBS Interactive’s Director, the show has gained quite a following, and has increased subscriber growth in just six episodes, sparked fan interest over the globe, and earned critical acclaim.

Star Trek Discovery continues to premiere every Sunday night on CBS All Access and Netflix.
