January Reads

Welcome back to the blog! January has been a busy month for me.

I joined the Goodreads Reading Challenge again this year in the hopes of spending more quality time with my books.

Goodreads has always been my favorite way to keep track of the books that I have read and I also love all the giveaways on the website for a chance to win more books.

January has also brought a lot of usually cold weather here to Florida but it has given me more time to listen to podcasts and audiobooks.

This month I decided to focus on audiobooks and I picked two genres to stick to this month. The genres I chose to focus on were cozy mysteries ( my favorite) and then I decided to try a genre I had never read before, historical western romance. I must say I'm absolutely loving the historical western romance genre. In the month of January I listened to twenty audiobooks.

Pretty sure you can already tell but Rosie A. Point has quickly become one of my all time favorite cozy mystery authors. All of her books are great. You can subscribe to the YouTube channel here and listen to the books anytime .

The Historical Western Romance genre is new to me but I have already found two authors that I'm really enjoying. They also have YouTube channels where you can listen to their books.

Kanaka Audiobooks ( Kat Lynne)

And Bella Brown . Bella Brown was the first Historical Western Romance author that I found and I enjoyed the books so much that I started looking for more authors in the genre. I owe my love of historical western romance to Bella Brown.

B-PURE Gentle Skin Cleanser Review

I absolutely love trying new skin care products, especially those designed for people with sensitive skin like myself.  A few months ago on a trip to my local Dollar Tree I found the B- Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser and decided to give it a try.  Review  I was really surprised at how well the B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser worked at removing the dirt and oil from my face without stripping and irritating my skin. Let me just say it is definitely the most gentle skin cleanser I have ever come across. It leaves my skin clean, smooth and refreshed every time I use it. The B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser is now part of my daily 3 Step Skin Care Routine. I highly recommend trying it for yourself.
