Book Mail

Welcome back to the blog!
Today I will be sharing my book mail with you today.

Today's book mail is three books I bought from Thrift Books.

I have been a fan of Laura Childs for years.

The first series I started by Laura Childs was the Tea Shop Mysteries. I fell in love with the Tea Shop Mysteries and never thought I would find another series I enjoyed as much as the Tea Shop Mysteries.
Then I discovered A Scrapbooking Mystery Series by Laura Childs.

I have already read several books in the Scrapbooking Mystery  series.
To be honest, the main draw for me is that the books are set in New Orleans! ( New Orleans is my #1 destination on my bucket list) the books also have the best characters and are really well written and will keep you turning the pages from the first page to the last. I also like the fact that each book includes Scrapbooking tips.

 Synopsis

Amid zydeco rhythms and popping champagne corks, bead draped revelers are moving into the streets, and Jeckyl Hardy is playing host to a party in his elegant French Quarter apartment. On a wild night like this, anything can happen. The guests including Carmela - never imagine it will be murder. But as the evening progresses, Jeckyl’s neighbor, float designer Archie Baudier, is found on the balcony strangled with a barbed wire garrote. The only things wilder than the crime are the far-flung theories about who did it - from a ritualistic slaying to a mob hit to the outlandish work of a rival Mardi Gras float builder. Handsome detective Edgar Babcock isn't buying any of it. Neither is Carmela, and the odd clues are bringing out the sleuth in her: gold paint on the victim's shoes, a strange coin found next to his body, his ransacked apartment, and the peculiar fact that no one at the party really knew him. Only one thing is clear: Whoever killed Archie is following Carmela - straight into the chaos of Mardi Gras.

B-PURE Gentle Skin Cleanser Review

I absolutely love trying new skin care products, especially those designed for people with sensitive skin like myself.  A few months ago on a trip to my local Dollar Tree I found the B- Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser and decided to give it a try.  Review  I was really surprised at how well the B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser worked at removing the dirt and oil from my face without stripping and irritating my skin. Let me just say it is definitely the most gentle skin cleanser I have ever come across. It leaves my skin clean, smooth and refreshed every time I use it. The B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser is now part of my daily 3 Step Skin Care Routine. I highly recommend trying it for yourself.
