Self care takes on a whole new meaning with The Original Bed Buddy Warming Footies with Aromatherapy. 


My sister -in-law gave these to me a couple of years ago and I absolutely love them. I simply warm them up in my microwave ( I typically warm them up for 45 seconds) ,  and head to my favorite chair and place them on my feet and curl up with a good book, a cup of tea, and a cozy quilt.


Review 

I have already told you that I love these and here's why. First off the scent is so relaxing to me and it's not overpowering. The Warming Footies are lightly scented with eucalyptus,clove, and cinnamon. The heat lasts around an hour. It would probably last longer if I warmed them up for more than 45 seconds. That one hour is the most relaxing part of my entire day. I have no idea why but using the Footies helps ease the pain after being on my feet all day. I would definitely recommend trying them for yourself.

Directions 

To heat, place in a clean microwave. Heat in 30 second intervals until desired warmth is reached. Do not exceed 1 ½ minutes total warming time. Always check for hot spots and overall temperature before using. 

How to Clean 

Remove the scent packs( very easy to do this). You can dry clean or you can wash them in warm water and tumble dry low in the dryer.

  • Do not use on sensitive skin 

  • Do not use on open wounds 

  • Consult with your doctor prior to use if you have any medical conditions such as diabetes, neurological/ circulatory problems
