Welcome back to the blog! Today we will be reviewing Taylor Farms Single Serve Salads for all of you. Last year hubby and I decided to change things up and adopt a healthier lifestyle like so many others have done. Hubby started working with a nutritionist that has taught him so much and has helped make the transition easy. 

The only thing I have not liked about the transition is calorie counting. Keeping track of my daily calorie intake has definitely been the hardest part for me. Trying to cook a full meal and count calories for everything on my plate after working on the computer all day , keeping up on the house, laundry, errands and taking care of my elderly parents I was ready for an easy solution to lunch and dinner. 


While we were out picking up groceries for my parents I discovered the Taylor Farms single serve salads in our local Walmart Marketplace. The first thing I noticed was the huge variety of different types of single serve salads to choose from. The top of the bowl tells you how many calories and how much protein is in the salad ( Super Easy!) Now, while these are single serve salads I can honestly say I have never been able to finish a single serve salad in one sitting. Taylor Farms has so much packed into each bowl I normally have to split it between lunch and dinner. My personal favorite is the BLT with chicken and bacon.


 The BLT with chicken and ranch has romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, white chicken, bacon pieces, mild cheddar cheese, carrots, and red cabbage with an avocado dressing. Let me say the avocado ranch dressing is AMAZING! I would drink this dressing by the bottle if I could, it is absolutely delicious!
