Recap:

Nancy and the Drew Crew are on the hunt for the sea shanty that will break the curse of the Aglaeca.

Nick's mom makes a surprise visit to Horseshoe Bay and George unknowingly gets off to a rocky start with mama Nickerson. By the end of the episode mama Nickerson and George have created a pretty solid bond. Mama Nickerson has given George the nickname " Vicious" and teaches her the secret family recipe for Nick's favorite meal.

With some help from Hannah they discover that there is a sea shanty related to the Aglaeca and that there was one recording of it but it had disappeared a long time ago. Hannah was able to give them the name of the last person who checked out the recording his name is Johnny Mac. They track the name to the last known address that turns out to be a bar. According to the bartender "Mac" died over forty years ago.

After Victoria kicks Nick out, Nancy offers to let him stay on the couch at her house. Mac makes a surprise appearance in Nancy's kitchen, a very violent appearance that Nick unfortunately encounters. The strange thing is Mac asked Nick " hey buddy, can you get me a drink?"Promptly followed by breaking every piece of glass in the kitchen. Nick realizes this isn't his first encounter with Mac. He tells Nancy and Bess he saw him at the Marvin party and that he said the same thing to him.

Ace reaches out to Carson when he sees him struggling to carry a futon upstairs to his office and tries to act as a go-between for Carson and Nancy. Ace reminds Nancy that they may not have much time to make things right between Carson before the Aglaeca comes for them.

Nancy learns that Mac grew up in a town orphanage and that his only friend before he died was a bartender.

Nick's next encounter with Mac is more informative when he learns Mac and his friends called out to the Aglaeca and that the Aglaeca was trying to kill them one by one.

Unable to find any information on the orphanage Ace goes to Carson. He tells Ace there was orphanage in town when he was a kid but it had shut down and scrubbed from the maps of Horseshoe Bay and had become an urban legend but he doesn't know why. Carson tells Ace how to get to the orphanage and Nancy and the crew head out there. Once there they discover it looks like everyone just disappeared. They even make mention of Roanoke similarities.

They find a picture of Mac and his friends and realize they have had encounters with more than just Mac's spirit. Everyone in the picture except one person was killed on the same day in freak accidents. The one person that is unaccounted for only has his arm showing in the picture but the name on the back says A.J.

While looking for the record of the sea shanty upstairs at the orphanage they discover a skeleton in an air vent that they believe is A.J.

Nancy calls Detective Tamura in and tells him she believes the skeleton is the remains of A.J.

Later at the Claw , Detective Tamura calls Nancy and tells her the remains did not match A.J. and the remains were actually the bartender " buddy" . Detective Tamura tells them that buddy had been murdered. So Mac who thinks Nick is his old bartender "buddy" is convinced Nick stole the recording and is willing to kill him in order to get it back. Of course, mama Nickerson walks in on the conversation and joins Nancy and the Drew Crew to stop her baby from being hurt. Once at the bar Nancy realizes buddy hid the record in the jukebox and while she's trying to get the record out Mac shows up and starts attacking Nick. George throws a bottle and breaks the glass to release Mac so they can fight him and save Nick. Nancy is finally able to get the record to play and Mac and his friends are reunited before fading away. Nancy and her friends realize they just saw their own future.

While Nick is saying goodbye to his mom and praying over for a safe trip, Nancy, Ace, and Bess are listening to the recording of the sea shanty looking for clues. Quickly they realize it's in French and Ace translates the song. They discover the Aglaeca is a woman named Odette and she says "Hear the Truth"! I was no man's wife and they stole my fortune and took my life. My chaperone betrayed me and the Captain moved against me and now you ask of me but do not pay my toll. So seven days later, I will come for your soul sending omens beyond your wildest fear and finally this song is the last you hear.

They realize the sea shanty is actually a song to the Aglaeca's victims and that they only have three days left to figure out how to break the curse.

B-PURE Gentle Skin Cleanser Review

I absolutely love trying new skin care products, especially those designed for people with sensitive skin like myself.  A few months ago on a trip to my local Dollar Tree I found the B- Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser and decided to give it a try.  Review  I was really surprised at how well the B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser worked at removing the dirt and oil from my face without stripping and irritating my skin. Let me just say it is definitely the most gentle skin cleanser I have ever come across. It leaves my skin clean, smooth and refreshed every time I use it. The B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser is now part of my daily 3 Step Skin Care Routine. I highly recommend trying it for yourself.
