Southern Style Homemade Biscuits Recipe

Today I will be sharing my favorite homemade biscuit recipe with all of you.

I bake a pan of biscuits every morning for my husband and my daddy.
They will eat homemade biscuits with every meal.
Making biscuits from scratch is a lot cheaper than buying canned or
frozen biscuits and taste a whole lot better.

With a few simple ingredients that you probably have on hand
about 25 minutes total, you can enjoy freshly baked biscuits every day.
Don't worry about not having a rolling pin or a biscuit cutter.
I do not own either one of these either.
I use a hard plastic drinking glass as both rolling pin and as
a biscuit cutter.
Simply flour the drinking glass
and roll out the dough to ¼ inch
and use the top of the drinking glass
to cut out the biscuits.
Recipe
4 Cups of Self- Rising Flour
1 ¾ Cups of Milk
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 Stick of butter
2 Tablespoons of butter melted
( set aside. You will use this later to brush the tops of the biscuits)

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, milk, butter, salt, and sugar
. Work the dough into a ball and knead.
Place dough on the floured surface and roll the dough into ¼ thickness and cut out the biscuits.
Place on a buttered baking sheet and bake for 15- 20 minutes
or until golden brown.
Halfway through baking remove from oven and brush melted butter
on the tops of the biscuits and then finish baking.
Remove from oven and brush melted butter on the tops of biscuits again and let sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

B-PURE Gentle Skin Cleanser Review

I absolutely love trying new skin care products, especially those designed for people with sensitive skin like myself.  A few months ago on a trip to my local Dollar Tree I found the B- Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser and decided to give it a try.  Review  I was really surprised at how well the B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser worked at removing the dirt and oil from my face without stripping and irritating my skin. Let me just say it is definitely the most gentle skin cleanser I have ever come across. It leaves my skin clean, smooth and refreshed every time I use it. The B-Pure Gentle Skin Cleanser is now part of my daily 3 Step Skin Care Routine. I highly recommend trying it for yourself.
